After scouring the internet I landed on Direct Service Garage Doors and I’m very happy I did. A broken torsion spring left our garage door inoperable. I was able to schedule service that day and Parnell arrived in a few hours. It took him around 30 minutes to have us up and running and he even installed some missing screws from the original installation.

Travis was amazing and told me another company had installed the wrong spring and failed to balance my door. My door was so noisy that I thought I needed a new door but with a few tweaks and new rollers, my door sounds likes it’s almost new again! Thank you so much for the honest service!

Joey came out to look at my 12' bay door that needed some serious work. The owner gave me a quote to repair or replace, but recommended the cheaper option to repair the door because "it will work as good or better than a new door". Joey returned a few days later and they were spot on. The door slides like butter! Travis was great! I had one of my springs break and he replaced both of them for a very reasonable price. He noticed the door was previously installed at an angle which caused it to rub. He fixed that for me at no extra cost. Will definitely do business with them again!
